Purchased Vistalux corrugated pvc roofing and fixings to match. Dealt with Josh in pre sales on webchat. He told me I needed 11 sheets plus 100 Corolux fixings. So I ordered according to his advise and once delivered I started working on the roof panels. I soon discovered that Josh had totally under estimated how many fixings required. Instead of 100, in fact I need 165. When I approached them for after sales help in relation to the shortfall they were impossible to speak to or were not even prepared to accept any responsibility. It has caused a lot of inconvenience and additional costs which could easily have been avoided if only Josh had known anything about the products he sells. This company is very poor in communication and will not take responsibility for their errors. Hence the one star.

I found eDecks to be a very good company to deal with. In particular its customer care department was very attentive throughout the whole buying process.

Received the stock I ordered however it was delivered late. I only ordered from edecks as they stated 48 hr delivery, sure enough a couple of working days later I received an email early morning to say stock was loaded and on its way and to ensure someone was available to receive it. I waited in all day and no delivery came, I chased but was only told what I already knew and edecks said because it was a third party delivery company they had no further information. Received another email the following morning exactly the same and waited in all day again and this time it did arrive late in the afternoon. Disappointed with wasting a day when I was informed it was due, disappointed I got no information from edecks about it and annoyed that I got no apology. I am afraid it seems you can’t trust the delivery times quoted.

Price was very reasonable, delivery was super quick, quality was great and securely packaged. Would definitely use again.

Great initial service, but make sure you place the correct order as their customer service and returns policy is dreadful! I lost a lot of money as they wouldn't refund my order in full due to 'haulage costs', when they used the same carrier to pick up my incorrect order and drop off my new order! Again, made to feel like I was trying to scam the company when all I wanted was to re-order!

Only ordered a few pieces to mainly repair my current decking due to it getting damaged. Decking really good quality, very affordable and delivery was very quick. I will definitely be using eDecks in future.
